SHIPPING :
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note that we do our best to process and ship all orders within 24 to 72 hours.
RETURNS POLICY :
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Perfume Body Oils, Fragrance Body Oils, Burning Oils and all scented products. Those products that touch the body are subject to government regulation and health concerns.
Refunds :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@anandacorporation.com.
Replacement (if applicable) :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by carrier in transit. If that happen in your order, please call carrier first and make claim your package. After your claim email us claim number with proof of picture damage and we will do the rest.
If Buyer order any item and later on want to return that's Buyer have to pay the both shipping costs for return to our address. Also we will inspect the product make sure not use and restocking fee 20% apply to buyer account for return. Customer are responsible for use any incorrect address for re-ship package and return cost.
As part of our wholesale pricing and due to the nature of products all sales are final for Perfume oils, Fragrance Oils, Burning oils, Essential Oils, Carrier Oils and all scented products. We recommend ordering small sizes before placing larger orders for the fragrances you know and love.
Shipping order are no Minimum. We will not accept any return that were not authorized and no refund will made for unauthorized return.
